You don't have to upload it. Go to My ATRL > Edit Avatar. Scroll down and you'll see a section for a high quality avatar. You copy and paste the URL of the gif into there and click submit or save, or whatever. Then it's done

And I have some free time. I think I'll make some gifs for y'all.
