Idk. You are right that the nature of the song requires moving around, but I don't think that it has to be honest-to-goodness dancing to work as a performance. If she repeats elements of the video she can just by and large stand there and have weather effects projected onto herself and a white background, which could honestly work quite well (with other dancers on stage).
