Don't think so. Italian charts stops counting sales at the end of Sunday, which is less than two hours after the performance (most of the albums here are sold physically). If a boost happened (MTN is top200 here on iTunes while before it was out of top1000) we'll see it next week.
By the way, BTW is only a few copies away from reaching Platinum here (60K sold), which is a feat neither Rihanna nor Katy have reached.
