I can't say which of the two I think sings better, but I can tell you for a fact that I prefer Gaga's vocals over Madonnas.

Madonna's music has a larger burn out rate for me than Gaga's music (excluding Fashion of his Love, Electric Chapel, Black Jesus, and Americano).
