If it was if the Top 100, I think we would have a HUGE problem.
With all of Gaga's last singles there has been a consistent problem with how they chart on Billboard- their peak in sales tends to come too early, sometimes 4 weeks before they peak on radio... hence the song's chances of getting really high on the Hot 100 are limited, since you need both sales and radio to be high to get close to #1....
Keeping MTN out of the Top 1000 for a while, and out of the Top 100 for a few weeks would be ideal. Build radio support, so when the video is released and sales ramp up, there is already a significant AI.
