Because it's barely getting played. Once the airplay goes south for sure, then it can be a flop. Until then, if there's a chance it can get better on radio - sales won't change.

If radio doesn't pick up, it will flop! Radio and a video is the only form of promotion Britney's music get nowdays and are the reason her singles have performed great in the US with lack of actual promotion from Britney and her team! With Criminal, it's getting NONE of that! The video isn't played during the day, flagged on YT and is getting no views because of it! It might as well not have a video! Radio are also just not here for the song at the moment! It just has nothing going for it at the moment!

And I like how Britney and her team have forgot about Criminal faster than HIAM! The video being flagged and all is obviously effecting it yet they aren't even trying to bring out a somewhat clean version that people can view and it can be played on TV! No iTunes banner, Britney hasn't even the song added on the setlist on tour and hasn't been performed! Struggling on radio, nothing being done! To think I thought RCA might try with Criminal with it being their first Britney release!

There's hardly any freaking out, especially from me. The single's been out on radio for awhile, it's video is out, and we know that we're not getting anything else. So it's always going to be more depressing/alarming to see it not doing any kind of damage. And it never did "0.045" and then "0.700", we have the chart runs posted. It's already known it'll be better tomorrow since this was just the rolling effect. But it won't be that much better, and we'll continue to have these weak updates one way or another. "0.100" or "0.400" will eventually go negative if it doesn't pick up. Don't be so surprised people are concerned about such movements, I mean please.

It definitely isn't surprising! I at least expected it to be added to tour since it's now a single and I thought Britney would support it a bit more since she said she loves the song, video and thought of the video concept! Oh and Adam tweeting the Criminal iTunes link on Britney's Twitter wouldn't of been too much to do!

These small little things that other artists and teams do so easily are just too much in the land of Britney and seem impossible for them to do!

They were never going to push hard with a 4th single, we shouldn't have gotten our hopes up.

It's a shame they're completely wasting the highest sales period of the year though
