And that's why Katy can't be considered bigger than Gaga or Rihanna. She's not as big as many people think she is worldwide. If she becomes really huge worlwide with her next album, then we can have a discussion, but not now.

But the Telephone video was unlike any other I have ever experienced The hype and anticipation that surrounded it was unbelievable. Besides, those were very low sales weeks (less than 60k for #1 ). I'm betting she'll need more than that for #1 this time

A good video versus a ****** video makes a huge difference in the UK.
TEOG wouldve done better with a bigger vid.
Promo is nice internationally, but the single really rides on the music video itself more than in the US where radio handles it.
Coming from a Katy fan, TOTGA is total ****. I listend to the song for almost a hour yesterday and it does nothing for me. And as for Nicki..... Nothing but a basic carbon copy of Gaga
