How is each manufactured?

GaGa Her label probably initially promotes some of her crazy ideas to her, but otherwise I don't see anything manufactured about BTW. TF was a significantly manufactured effort, at least in my opinion, but she has definitely gotten herself more creative control.
Beyoncé She, like GaGa, seems to have gotten more & more control as time as passed. Well, she kind of runs her own show, so there's no disputing her creative input.
Rihanna Her lack of songwriting is a negative, but her image seems authentic at this point. She doesn't try to appeal to any specific demographic, at least not obviously (especially not children

) . The LOUD era seems a bit forced due to her label obviously wanting better sales with an upbeat album, but I don't think they dictated the entire project. She seemed genuinely excited about the album. One reason I like her is that she's very human.
Katy Her image is by far the most manufactured aspect. Her personality seems somewhat fake to me (PERSONAL OPINION), & the premise of the TD era (candyland, being a 15 year old again) is trying to appeal to the teenage demographic.
Ke$ha The party image is very forced at times.
