We all know Gaga's not the prettiest pop girl, but IMO there isn't a big difference when she doesn't wear makeup. I mean, Katy looks completely different when she doesn't have her makeup on, while Gaga looks kinda the same. . What do you guys think? (Sorry for my horrible English, I can't find another way to express what I mean )
