I really despise the whole yellow diamonds nonsense, but otherwise I love it. There's something of an ethereal quality (as close as Rihanna comes to it, anyway) to her vocals here, and I think they pair perfectly with the sweet sentiment of the track.
She very much channels a 90s house Diva on this song. If she does a whole album of that style, I'll be thrilled.
