I like it. Very simple, cute, light, catchy and throwaway(in a good way). My only reservation is that because it's so simple, I may tire of it in a couple of weeks.
Once it is on iTunes, it will fly to #1. Especially with radios playing it every hour on the hour and you know they are always going to say "and that was Rihanna's new single! It has just been released to iTunes" etc. It has a chance.
