Soshanna has been her publicist for years. If it was up to her im sure she would have booked more promo for the last two eras aswell. But we all know Britney wont do it.
But record labels do have control over their artists, and when an artists flops the label execs expect something to be done. I imagine Britney regularly tells Adam/Soshanna to **** off when they hit her up on BBM to do some promotion but if Sony told Britney to get to work she got off her ass double quick.
