That still doesn't make sense. OOTB has sold 600k total in the UK, but you said it's sold 1.7 million in Europe.

Germany's chart doesn't include airplay 
Most songs aren't allowed (by labels) to chart before the physical release. That's why it's such a strange feat

Wait... I think I forgot a couple other things I forgot.
I know I Kissed Girl and California Gurls were the summer song of their year. I think there is only one other artist who has two #1 summer songs. I'm having trouble finding the list :/
Oh and I remember somewhere reading that she was the best international artist in like South Korea or some other random country. I also have trouble re- finding that too.

I think Mariah did it 2 times too 
CG is the bigger summer song of ALL TIME
It must be singapore / new zealand, she's a flop in South Korea :-/ (she's getting bigger tho, she reached the top10 for first time last week  )

I hate how she is flopping in South Korea.. (mainly because I am Korean)
She deserves so much more...
