yes .. in my midyear calculations (posted here months ago), back to december is the number one song as of July ..
and i highly doubt that TLS will also enter the top 5 even it only stayed at the top 10 for a few weeks ...
TSOU is also a contender since it had a roller coaster ride in the hit chart ...
longevity will be the key or determining the number 1 song ...

the f4 days .. the slayers of the hit chart ...  
i remember when DIRRTY topped the chart .. after debuting at no. 19
is that the largest leap by a single in the Myx Hit Chart?? or someone leaped from 20-1??

I haven't been tracking but that was a pretty amazing leap. And it actually debuted at #1 on MYX Daily, I think the first time it happened on MYX's history.
As for Fighter and F4, it was really hard for me to accept it because that week, Monday-Wednesday, Fighter was #1, then fell to #2 Thursday and #3 Friday. Then come MYX Hit Chart, it was only #3, and Can't Lose You was #1 (when it only debuted at #4 Thursday and rose to #1 Friday). I always felt like ABS-CBN manipulated the charts then to make it seem like F4 was really dominating (although they really did), but not yet that big during that week.

yup, i'm also thinking that dirrty was the first and only single to debut at number in the MDTT ...

As far as I can remember, it was Maybe by Sheryn Regis. That was way back 2004. After debuting at number 20, it went straight to number 1.
