A little but you need to take risks to have a long career and develop...but we're not talking Rated R like destroying everything you've built up. Gaga repairs a lot of damage easily when she does great piano performances....you know...she has something that the other gorls don't.

It all evens out though...with her increased success in Japan and other territories such as India etc....and as everyone has said she's still far above everyone else except Adele.

How come Rated R destroyed all that's been built up? It was huge in Europe...

Anyways back on topic, GaGa hasn't done anything irreversible this era. We just need more classiness/sexiness for her official appearances and not just when she hangs out in LA, and more professional stuff for her videos and imagery in general.

But if anything this era still owns any other artist's current era (except for Adèle of course).

Really? 3m ww compared to GGGBs 9m? It's sold less than half of what GGGB sold in the UK. It nearly killed Rihanna's career.

I don't think a less-commercial (or a less succesful) album can kill a pop star's career + "Rated R" was a decent seller. "LOUD", which was a very "safe" album, was released shortly after and saw great WW sales.
