I love the verses, LOVE the instrumental ending and I like the 'I'm on the roa-hoooooo-oad, I'm on the ROAD TO LOVE!' part of the chorus.

But the 'We can be strong, we can be strong, out on this lonely road, on the road to love' and the messy production ruin the song for me

Just thought I'd compare the number of adds, to see what contributed to TEOG's lower overall AI peak.

Top 40 Adds

Considering the increased size of the Top 40 panel, this is expected.

Hot AC Adds

The Edge of Glory 87 (+13)

TEOG is her biggest hit ever on the format, so this is expected.

AC Adds

The Edge of Glory 37 (+26)

Again, TEOG is her biggest hit ever on the format, so this is expected.

Rhythmic Adds

The Edge of Glory 28 (-26)

I guess this is the cause of her radio misfortune... BR was being spun on almost twice the number of stations that were playing TEOG. On a format that can contribute to overall AI by up to 30-40M, that is pretty bad.
