This is silly. It's Madonna or Britney Spears. Honestly, I think Britney Spears is the Queen because she commands that kind of attention WW. The only other contender would be Mariah Carey but she's not a pop queen...

Madonna is "Worldwide". No female artist had any impact as Madonna when it's come to worldwide impact.
She may not be the queen of pop, but I'd like everyone to take a moment to acknowledge that M.I.A. made the best album of the 2000s. Robert Christgau, legedary rock critic, even said so #receipt.
