I love this idea. I'm just confused a little. How are you gonna stop Joe Newbie from jumping in and commenting on the thread? It seems like the actual panelists would get lost in the thread.

Yes. You sign up yourself. Then I will ask you all to choose from the list of sign-ups & choose the 5 people besides yourself you most want on the panel.

Good point. Maybe I'll ask the people on the panel to use a specific font or something. I'll figure something out.
And I would love for their to be two females, three males, both gay & straight. Think as much diversity & intelligence on the board as possible. List 5 people max.
This will not be time consuming, by the way. For now, it will be once a week, one day a week.
I have no shot for sure now.

Yup. And then everyone votes on who they want on the panel from that list.
