as my expectations where up in the sky, maybe I relied on the stunning trailer and the more exciting scenes in the preview were not as exciting during the movie.... still an amazing movie, awesome story, great ending too
WTF is ya'll's problem? This really wasn't that scary. I expected it to give me nightmares because everyone was talking about how creepy it was. Psh! Yeah, it was good, but Signs and The Fourth Kind are MUCH scarier than this. I even watched it outside in the dark and... nothing. It made me jump at times, but I would definitely NOT call it the scariest film of the decade like most are.
Bridesmaids
HILARIOUS! Loved it! Just so good. I could've done without the opening sex scene, though. That was a bit uncomfortable since I was in the theater with my parents.
The Dilemma
Better than I expected.
Rango
MUCH better than I expected. Actually, it was really good! Had a lot of moments where I found myself laughing my head off.
The Eye - 4.7/10
It's basically the same as the original but is a thousand times more exaggerated. The original is more natural to make you believe more in the story, since the remake makes it all far-fetched, unrealistic. It's decent, but only for a change, the original is better. Hopefully we've got the beautiful Jessica Alba collaborating with the look of the film. The story is interesting and plausible, has some good scenes of shock, although not being many and not giving so afraid and the performances are reasonable. Jessica Alba played fairly better than I expected.
Final Destination 1 - 6.6/10
I also think it’s pretty original for the time he was done. A thriller based on accidents, very different. I think the film cool and logical. Not that I believe that destiny thing. But I like it when a film poses the theory that will follow and become attached to it, using it as base. And following this whole idea of each thing in its time, the movie makes much sense.
Final Destination 2 - 5.9/10
The film doesn't need a script, if only because its language is not in talk but in the scenes of disaster, in which case here the tension is what gives the movie! Let's say that the film is quite strong enough, that besides the very impressive visual effects, you get a bit shocked in due to some scenes could not be forgotten for a long time... Like when you're going out of the car and you're in a traffic jam... already run through in a panic after seeing this movie... heheh Being a horror movie, many people fail to understand that movies like these should not be taken seriously, because it is only as great fun for fans of the genre. I read several comments on many websites about this film, not everyone liked, which is common because some found appealing and extremely bad taste, in fact, for a horror movie, what do you expect? Just don't agree to compare this movie with others like "The Ring," "The Others", which are other types of horror films which deal with other issues other proposals... Premonition is a teen horror movie (like "Scream," "Urban Legend "...) of humor, not psychological horror, for it has nothing to compare them. Director David R. Ellis did very well, because we can not always attend to a sequence as good as its predecessor.
Final Destination 3 - 6.3/10
Is by far the best of three, definitely. But I noticed some errors in the script, you know, there is a gap between two shots, as if the film had two rhythms, but this undermines the quality. I liked it, and I think the best I've seen. Not that the others are bad, but this is very good. If it had been closed here, this franchise would still have dignity, and unfortunately they decided to appeal to Part 4 and 5, probably soon they'll announce the 6th.
The Final Destination 4 - 4.4/10
The director thinks he is orchestrating images and sequences of impact, but the film is a formulaic tedium atrocious! The characters are unconvincing and unbearable, mostly, and the script is absurd and increasingly bad! You can watch us fools when it comes to fun, but it is terribly absurd.
Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows Pt 2 - 8.9
After 10 years marked by the success of Harry Potter saga, the least that those who followed the journey of the young wizard during that time could ask for was an end to match the quality and charm that the series was gaining more and more until then. And the last film that not only meets the demand in all areas, it also goes further. David Yates, being director for the fourth time in the saga, delivers to the public, fan or not, an admirable quality of outcome after having led the work with care in the previous films he directed. Proves to be a director of intelligent vision, placing each element in its quantity and the right times. In Part 1, there is a further development in the drama of the characters and their internal conflicts, and the plot to prepare the key to the end, but without having even a little in the moments of action. Now in Part 2, the fastest pace exciting and gives a greater focus to physical conflicts that the previous film, dramatic but also the emphasis needed to excite the viewer. In the plot, Voldemort got the Saille wand in order to become invincible. However, it gets weaker every piece of his soul that is destroyed by the protagonists. With his army of Death Eaters, he initiates an attack on Hogwarts, to prevent them and are able to destroy the last Horcrux. Harry, knowing his anger, struggles to find and destroy them in time, and finally have the final showdown with his nemesis. With the battle taking place in school, Yates once again follows the right, not making a final showdown full of explosions in an action whose purpose is just the visual impact, but an epic battle that although, as is the thrill of the moment truly is: a sad and gloomy. The soundtrack by Alexandre Desplat, who repeats the good work of the previous film, highlights this issue. In the technical issues, the film is not anything to duty. On the contrary. The treatment of visual effects, the aforementioned soundtrack, photography of Eduardo Serra, who also repeats his job well, the beautiful art direction and makeup too, providing a great result to the elves, and also in the epilogue, making a characterization of compelling characters. All this in a high standard of quality. The performances don't deserve any least attention. The saga has always been privileged to have an amazing cast, and now it's all about the movie where they are in the spotlight. Daniel Radcliffe has his best time and leads admirably. Rupert Grint and Emma Watson are also more than worthy of recognition. Matthew Lewis has a good time favored by a more mature Neville. Alan Rickman, but doesn't appear too long, the scene offers a spectacle of the memories of his character. Ralph Fiennes Voldemort embodies a violent rage and consumed by fear. Helena Bonham Carter is also present as Bellatrix Lestrange insane, having featured in the comic scene of the invasion of Gringotts Bank. Also noteworthy is the actress Maggie Smith, with her surprising role of Professor Minerva McGonnagall, leading the defense of Hogwarts. It is gratifying to see the set of all such work carried out with competence resulting in something so admirable, that perhaps only small by not giving proper emotion in some of the killings, where beloved characters go, and also to explain some details left out that possibly confused a bit by those who didn't read the books. That won't be very harmful, but care about those details could be higher. However, the successes speak much louder, but contribute to the deserved outcome of this phenomenon that marked the many and surely will continue checking, because even with the sad farewell, the saga is not dead, nor die in the hearts and memories of thousands.
Lord Of The Flies (1990) 8/10
I didn't read the book nor watched the original one. I think it could be better, and I think now they can do an exact replica of the book in a movie.
Cyberbully 9.5/10 I watched this firstly, because Emily was on it and then because all the hype, etc. She was perfect, I had a ****ing lump in my throat when
she was about to commit suicide
, was almost about to cry, but I was strong.
I think they didn't represent the theme really good, it could be more real. Emily portrayed Taylor perfectly.
December Boys - 6.6/10
I spent the movie with a feeling that something would happen that impact, and it did. I was surprised, especially with the furl of the story. I cried of course, with the relation of friendship that was established through the brothers during the film. Definitely I could see the lyricism and depth that the film suggests. Outside the tremendous opportunity to put Radcliffe highlighted, and the film is all of the little boy Misty, who's there at the bottom of the poster. I really enjoyed... shows the importance of friendship, being given to family when we oportunide of having it.
A star for the landscape, found it was fabulous.
A star for the performance of Dan, I appreciated a lot.
A star for the decision at the end of Sparks. It was very meaningful.
A star for the end of the movie, thought it was beautiful.
Shrek Forever After (Been on DVD forever )

So Undercover (10/31)
Puss In Boots (11/4)
New Year's Eve (12/9)
The Midnight Meat Train - 9/10
For a genre like this, it's pretty good. It starts somehow slow, but then picks up and the climax is so good. The only think I don't like is the ending, but overall the movie is great.
Alvin and the Chipmunks - 7/10
At first, I was irritated by the chipmunks, but I learned to love them. HAHA. The story is not really creative, but the chipmunks are so funny, and I adore Theodore. So cute.
Alvin and the Chipmunks 2: The Squeakquel - 5/10
Kinda boring unlike the other one. The female chipmunks somehow added to the film though, although the script and the acting was overall not so good.
Another Cinderella Story - 8/10
Is Selena Gomez really good at dancing? Because I was surprised to watch this and see Selena dancing. The story is not as good as the Hilary Duff version (because this story is not really coordinated with Cinderella) but Selena did a good job at the acting, and the cast were good. I prefer the Hilary version (of course) but this one is also good.

basically my opinion for this as well, though I'd probably give it a high B or low A. But yes, the classic Hilary version is better by a bit.

I think you're like, the first reviewer ever to have more than 1 movie in a post and they are movies that I've seen.
Lord of the Flies is a terrible book and movie. I believe the version I saw in school was the one you saw, but I'm not sure.. but it's probably still terrible either way.
Cyberbully was amazing, I forgot to write a review for that. I might tomorrow because I'm pretty tired out and bored right now.
Fighting - 6.1/10
Fighting is a film that tries desperately to be relevant in any way, but it is only a weak action film punctuated by some good ideas in the script. The film tells the story of Shawn MacArthur, a young man lost in life after a fight in a square is contacted by an agent that helps him making money in illegal fights. With an outcome of the head just wrong (as The Man Who Copied, for example), Fighting is a film that shows that the end had interesting characters and was supposed to be a good movie, and it's unfortunate they have chosen the easiest and most commercial way doing this luxury, which only pays to be seen even by the great Channing Tatum.
Let Me In
I assumed that this would be another jump-out-of-corners horror movie, but I was pleasantly surprised. It's hardly a horror movie in the traditional sense and that's a very good thing. Chloe Moretz does another outstanding job in a role that's much less animated than her role in Kick-Ass. 9/10
Let The Right One In
I thought this movie did a great job of explaining some important details that Let Me In seemed to skip past. Overall, I'd say both movies have improvements where the other lacked, but I enjoyed Let Me In the most. 8/10
Agora
The religious conflicts were interesting to watch but overall, it's a bit of a snoozer. 4/10
Now this was some scary ****. At the start of movie I was like meh, but later on the movie became AMAZING.
It didn't top Blair Witch for sure but it's FAR more better and scary then Paranormal.

This is sure . Love REC. The production is genius.
