It won't. #10 on the Hot 100 has 170-180 points.

Britney would need to sell 130K + 50M in audience to enter the Top 10.
We'll be around #12-#15 this week though. And IF it enters the itunes Top 10 this week, next week FOR SURE we'll be Top 10.
