I just got a clue for the next video via Lady Gaga's performance at Monster Hall in Sydney, Australia since she tweeted a picture from her performance there and saying it is a "SNEAK PEEK" of the future.
Please do mind this is just a guess and don't take it seriously.

that would be epic. maybe shes stuck in a sunken ship where her human lover rescues her but she is injured from the ordeal, thus the wheelchair and the quote from her tumblr "Would you love me no matter what". she is no longer the beautiful mermaid she once was.
