Well, the main missteps to me have been the iTunes countdown and the TEOG video. They've been generally pretty smart with promotion.

Both had big ballads and both sang about political and religous things, like Gaga, too.

Well, I am VERY satisfied in promotional terms. They didn't do anything wrong there and are still doing really good decisions.
