Please, don't be delusional & stop repeating this lie. B'Day hadn't even sold 2 million copies before "Irreplaceable" truly impacted, which was late October, and didn't hit 3 million until January 2007.

Rico is right.
B'Day had only sold 1.7-1.8 million worldwide when "Irreplaceable" started to explode. It was a little over 1.1 million in the US, so the international sales were ****.
Beyonce wasn't a worldwide force at that point, though. IASF made her a true worldwide superstar.

Katy is doing amazing! There's no big difference between both albums and TD was released long time ago.
|
Hm, yes. But keep in mind that BTW and TD have already ~ equal sales.

It sold 9 million MAX. It's probably around 8.5 million.
And 4.8 is from the US. That's more than half.

Also there is no such thing as 9 - 11 million. You sell 9 million or you sell 11 million. No inbetweens.

Let's not when Teenage Dream didn't have such frontloaded first week sales like Born This Way had. Teenage Dream has definitely showed longevity as of right now and Born This Way has yet to.

I CAN NOT. Even if she's not #3 in the Billboard update, her % drop is just so amazing.
