Yes but you should post only once
or delete your first guess, or edit the amount... it happened with Jkwaii and others but they didn't post it consecutively, they either waited for me if I'm out or there have been other people posting.
It is against the rules to keep too many guess bids, however having 2 shouldn't be a big deal.
