It's no different than the iTunes chart. If an album isn't out yet, it just says when it is available next to the title. But there isn't a separate chart for pre-orders only.
Can I just say how "Start Over" is slaying my past and present lives right now? That song speaks truth to those of us who wish we had a mulligan/do over.
