I was thinking the same but I have learned to not underestimate Capitol. If they want her to break Michael's record, which they probably will because its an amazing achievement, they will do everything to make it happen, probably reducing the track to 0.30c on iTunes just for that, followed by massive promotion.

Exactly.I'm still not that worried.Capitol is so smart,absolutely the best label out there so I'm sure they have booked some surprises and they will do anything to get that record. I think they are waiting for song to get higher airplay so then they will go for those digital sales.
