There hasn't been any promo for "Rolling in the Deep" and I have not heard it covered on TV lately. The song is just a monster. It's surviving without the free promo or any promo for that matter (besides maybe radio).

Well it got blasted through every conceivable outlet for a time-frame of a few weeks and is now at 160M AI. I don't think it's that much of a surprise.
