If you are seeing that compared to this , then you need to take into consideration that the last 3-4 updates weren't far from each other, it was about ~half an hour while usually it's about 2 hours.

Plus, when Adele was decreasing, TEOG's increase in percentages were bigger because.. well the #1 decreased, while in the last update Adele was stable.

Anyways, ofcourse TEOG won't keep moving the way it did a few hours ago.

But my concern is that Judas is still the single in the rest of the world.
It may do pretty well overall, but it's not doing extremely well anywhere specific. If they properly release TEOG everywhere and promote it, when she's in Europe and Asia it could rise and the video would do the rest especially in Europe. That's what I think.
