I will be so hurt and embarrased if they invited all those people and told them I was graduating and I don't get to walk. Math ****ing sucks and now everyone who doesn't know me and truly thinks I'm a dumbass will believe they were right about me and the peopel who know how smart I am and have seen me excel greatly will be so upset in me. I already know if I dont graduate my family will just make me feel even worse instead of trying to life me up. **** My Life truly.

You have me on the verge of tears. I really feel bad for you. This must be so horrible. All those years come down to this very moment. Just have faith, and everything will work out. You're a smart guy. You will overcome this. It might be really tough for you, if you're not able to walk, but it won't be the end of the world. You're one tough, smart, and funny guy. Greater things lie ahead, and when you look back at this moment in time, you will remember, that it only made you stronger.

I know how you feel, sort of. I was homeschooled 7th and 8th grade. I didn't get to go to Springfield, IL in 7th grade or Washington DC in 8th grade. My cousin is graduating 8th grade and I see her getting to do all the things I never did. She has luncheon and dinner dance and more. All I got has a ghetto barbeque with no one except my Grandma's friends coming over. The way you feel about college is how I felt about high school. I am currently a Freshman and while I am well-known...it's hard for me to get out of this anti-social closet I was trapped in for two years. I hope you have a better time adapting to civilization than I did But Sophomore year will BE MY YEAR! I feel it. I will be on Debate, Cross Country/Track, and I will be taking classes that are on my level. This year has been ****ed up in so many ways.

Anyways good luck...remember to be yourself and I wish you the best. Transitioning from homeschool to regular school is challenging and I was only homeschooled for 2 years. You've been for 4. So I REALLY wish you the best.

You're giving high school too much. I was home schooled for a while too before going to private school and it wasn't that bad. You must've completely avoided people when you started being home schooled. Because for me I still hung out with my old friends the only difference was I didn't see them at school. Now with Graduation coming up. I'm even more unbothered. I skipped prom which is something I enjoyed doing. I guess it's all about having the choice to experience it or something. But, when you go to college most of the people we knew won't even be there. College is a new start for you to experience all the things you missed out on. Didn't get wasted? You can do it in college. Didn't do drugs? You can do it in college. Didn't go to wild parties and make memories with friends? You can do it in college. Didn't graduate? You can do it in college. All the little things you think you lost are easily obtainable again if you want them to be. Which is why it's a new chapter you get to write whatever is on the page.
