It spent 6 weeks at #1, has already sold over 2.5 million singles and is still selling approx. 100 000 a week and doesn't seem to be going anywhere anytime soon. With all the promo she has lined up, it will most likely pass the 4 million mark by the end of the year, which is about where Bad Romance was a year after it's release.
Anyone remembers how big releases like speak now, recovery etc. did on Amazon pre-orders? Born this way is still no. 2 and I wonder if it's usual for an album to do this well 2 weeks before the release
