Radio usually takes a while to cut songs. Bad Romance (4:55) is almost as long as TEOG and it was several weeks before the radio shortened it. Also, keep in mind that the radio increases the speed of all songs they play, so it's not actually 5 minutes.
My requirement for her next single (promo, or otherwise) would be for it to trigger the greatest boom of new life. So hot that all must 'get it on,' so to speak.

It's not literal. This album is very religious, you could say. In Judas, she talks about being beyond repentance, meaning she's going to Hell. She has come to terms with this because that means she is being condemned for believing in her heart and following her heart.
