I don't expect the 1st single to come until October.

First single is coming in September since LFN is 99% last single. Rihanna duet will probably get released prior album release. Katy's tour ends November 8 so it's pretty clear that they are going for November album release to get more of those sales.

Remeber in a recent interview Katy said her next single would have feline references? Well her next single is Last Friday Night, not Dressing Up. I think Capitol didn't expect ET to do that well & were planning on ignoring LFN and going straight to the rerelease. Everything has been delayed.
