Those songs were at least somewhat accepted. "Girls" has been LAUDED endlessly by fans, haters, critics, and even people who don't care for her.
But, I do believe she has some kind of hit waiting. Beyonce always succeeds based on luck factor. "Irreplaceable" saved B'Day, "Single Ladies"/SNL/Justin/going viral saved I Am.. Sasha Fierce. The fact her team hasn't made any concrete dates show they are already planning to make a move in turning this era around. But no one is "wishing she flops" just by noting how terrible she's doing. She's a big name, doing bad. Of course it's going to be a topic. No need to act brand new about it.
People people,this is Beyonce we're talking about. She has the ability to turn the floppiest 1st single into the solid Top 10 smash with just 1 performance. If she underperforms that will be in Deja Vu style. Beyonce is smart business woman who knows exactly what's she doing. Some of Britney's fans used the same talk when talking about her first week sales. It's not unusual for a big-named artist to not see success. I'm hoping this does pick up because "Girls" is not that bad of a song and Beyonce is one of the most talented females in the industry right now.

There are some people who actually want to see her fail, but it's not like their favorites are doing that much better, tbh. Beyonce is a hardworking woman with lots of talent. I do believe she will be fine in the end.
