Wayne has an extremely devoted urban fanbase, that will get urban radio to play almost any song with his name on it. Almost all of his urban featurings doing well, or at least decently, like Look At Me Now right now, for example.
It's different when he's featured on a pop single, because he does not have a secure pop audience. Down & Lollipop are what he has there. Jay Sean's Hit the Lights, Kat DeLuna's Unstoppable & Cassie's Official Girl all flopped even though he was on it.
