Karma can be a rude bitch huh? But as for Promo. Rumor is Bey will perform at Billboard Awards but it's not confirmed! Rolling Stone says video comes out tomorrow but no press release confirming this! We seem to just be playing the waiting game!!! It's coming tho dear trust!!!
