I think it was because she went overtime. She said her time was up after PGR, but she couldn't leave without performing KYD. At the pre-party, she finished her smaller set with Lose Control. She didn't sing it, but rather it was used more as an outro while she said goodbye and reached down to let us grab her hands. I posted a video of Lose Control being used as an outro at Sydney Supafest some pages back.
So yeah, for future performances, if she doesn't go overtime, then expect her to play Lose Control as the final song.
