Well lemme clarify everything for you, Portugal is a developed country but mentally it is a developing country. Britney Spears since 1999 until 2005 was HUGE here, everybody loved her, well when I say 2005 the popularity was going down.
Portugal as I said is a developing country mentally, they found it SO SHOCKING when Britney lipped her concert here, everyone was like OGMGDFOGM SHE DIDNT SING? BLAAAAAH OMG I HATE HER! Bitch, please.
No one cares about it around the world, so since that day her popularity went down, but she stills got a LOT of supporters. Portugal doesn't pay any attention to iTunes AT ALL, no one even mentions it on TV or something, NEVER, I hope it gets some more attention though but no, like from the total population 3% knows and uses iTunes, so it's not only Spears who does bad in iTunes here.
Since the concert day radio has been "banning" her as well, there's only ONE radio station that plays TTWE and HIAM at the moment, none does, there's actually one that plays Everytime everyday
Portugal LOVES ballads.
Once again Britney has a lot of supporters here, and I've seen a lot of people buying the three copies of the album available in Portugal, so yes, she is going to debut high we will see (hope Im not wrong).
And lemme add I've never beena fan of my countries taste.
