I agree, I think it's either Gaga or Katy. I don't think this would have anything to do with Bey, seeing as she hasn't put out new music in a few years, and calling her out now would make no sense. I'm curious to see who it is though.

I dont think it's ke$ha because she writes some of her own songs but she has work with dr. luke , and I dont think its Gaga either because she haven't work with dr.luke
I honestly feel like this has something to do with Katy. He says they're "buddies" and there's nothing going on between us, but what if THIS is what the alleged feud between them was about? Katy does have ALOT of songwriting credits on Teenage Dream, so it's very possible.
