Rihanna hasn't claimed any songwriting credits since Rated R, and even then she obviously only wrote little bits and pieces of the song. Rude Boy is a good example of that. If you listen to the demo vs. the final version, you'll see Rihanna added in little phrases and helped beef up the verses. But Rihanna doesn't claim any of the songs on Loud (thank god). So I don't think this would be about her, seeing as Rated R era was over a year ago.

Perez tweet is almost daring him to publically say it's gaga. But katy perry is also a strong candidate.
