I love 808s...it's one of my favorite albums ever. It's so sparse and cold, but so human at the same time. Sonically cohesive and unique too. I'm not even a Kanye fan, but that and MBDTF have made almost possibly there...
I'd personally like a Rihanna album that incorporated a little bit more of "Music of the Sun" style ballads, a few hard hitters like "Rated R", and some "GGGB" songs!

I hated most of my favorite songs from Rated R the first time I heard them, especially Rude Boy. I thought it was the most annoying song ever for the first 2-3 listens, but I fell in love after that. I also expected Rated R to be a really bad album based on the previews that were on Amazon. They didn't do the album any justice.
I'd ban most of you girls if it meant getting another Gwen solo album. Even if contained sixty minutes of her singing sheep spirituals over a didgeridoo accompaniment.
haha YES! I love "LOUD" but its just missing something that "Rated R" had. I can relate to "Rated R" wayyyyy MORE than "LOUD". I just like "LOUD" because its fun. But if I was Rihanna, I'd make a more personal album with more ballads, while incorporating what shes does best. The only songs I really love from LOUD are S&M, Fading, Only Girl, Raining Men, and Skin!
I dont need to be heartbroken or in a twisted fantasy to see that it ***** all over your lives.
The perfect balance of experimental and commercial sounds. Everyone loved his music during that era.

Sis, you have given nothing but truth. MBDTF is incredible, but I've only played it once.
I can't remember the last time I listened to the entire thing. You really have to be in the mood. Songs like Runaway and Blame Game with all that extra stuff at the end get skipped halfway through most of the time. Actually I set Blame Game to stop right before the Chris Rock part on iTunes.

I'm always in the mirror of my car swagging to it.

I'm here for Gwen's solo music. She better make another album after she's done with No Doubt's reunion.
Lady GaGa - Born This Way is nothing compared to her prior singles, & I'm already getting tired of it. I pray she knows when to stop overhyping the album.
Rihanna - I hate her first two albums except for the singles. She was nobody to me until GGGB. I also dislike the video for Rockstar 101 (I liked it when it first premiered but now - not so much).
Beyoncé - I know all of her music but don't own all of her albums. I bought IA...SF recently & adore it (Ave Maria >>> certain careers), B'Day as well. Besides the singles her debut album is very weak.
Katy Perry - I'm sick of her & need a break, which I won't be getting for a long time. By the time all of her rerelease singles are done I'll probably be near hating her. I can only take her in small doses, & her personality irks me.
Ke$ha - EXTREMELY sick of her. And Dr. Luke. I hate the We R Who We R video, it gets worse everytime I watch it. I think she entirely depends on Luke for her success, so I want her to see release a non-Luke produced single.
Ciara - I dislike Fantasy Ride & shade it. It was so poorly made.
Keri Hilson - I have yet to buy either of her albums, & hate Pretty Girl Rock. I also think she is a bitch.
I think Only Girl is highly overrated. It breaks my heart to see people calling it her best song to date, when she's made so many more amazing songs. Don't get me wrong, Only Girl is epic, but I would hardly consider it her best song.
