Also, can't he just have a successful album and singles? Why does it have to be a downfall or top the chart? It's not that black and white. Chris just has to not flop and he'll be fine on the commercial end. People get caught up in #1 singles and #1 albums because those are becoming much easier to manipulate. He still has a large contingent of the media/mainstream questioning whether he should even get the opportunity to come back (as if it should be up to them to decide). My expectations are low. I just want a good album. Everything else will fall in place at some point.
I dont think Adele will be a big challenge for J-Hud or Chris.
She still has 3 weeks so I doubt she will still be selling 100k+ after 3 weeks.
Maybe 90k.
Its really hard to tell. Jennifer Hudson's album isnt advertised on iTunes, but on Amazon, neither are really "advertised" since you cant really on Amazon, but Jennifer Hudson is ahead of her.
I think 130-150k for Chris and 140-170k for Jennifer.
I was doubting Chris, but you know what I'm starting to this a #1 is not out of the question. I need him to do some promo though. This blonde hair got them talking. Capitalize on it Chrissy Poo.
I know. Someone was saying Jennifer Hudson is way below on albums on iTunes, but her album isnt advertised at all, no banners nothing, and he has a huge banner.
She's been on Oprah and Ellen. She doesn't need a banner lol. Her audience is going to most likely be buying physical copies. Which is why I'm not entertaining these itunes rankings.

So will Chris'
Im getting from iTunes and a physical copy.

My point was she has an older and a more UAC audience. They aren't really going to account for itunes like Chris' younger fans. But it's all just speculation. We'll have to see.
I'm not worried about Chris, urban radio has welcomed him back and that's all that matters for now, as long as his album doesn't plummet 2nd/ 3rd week and keep selling at a stable rate
