That is the best decision.
But she hasn't said anything yet. They're not going to announce it for a while, because S&M is still smashing. She just wanted an idea of what the fans are wanting.

^ Nothing's confirmed yet.
But obviously they're looking into the next single from now because with her being on tour, the window frame for her to shoot the video/promote is pretty small. They won't even shoot the video until mid-March, and that's just at the very earliest. The next single will probably be out sometimes April-May, but no one has any clue what it will be.

Yes  and I think that's the best choice right now. Cheers can come in August and last until the new year. She will be busy on tour so she won't be in the US at all this fall. Releasing Cheers then would be good. CKB will be the only ballad out.

It may work California King Bed is by far the best on the album, the quality is there.

fading is a great song.
and it has multi format appeal. I think it could do well in (in order): Rhythmic, Pop, HAC, AC, and even Urban.
Man Down has the urban edge, it should have the support from Urban, Rhythmic and Pop.
California King Bed could be huge in Rhythmic and Pop. Its not urban material, but it has the possibility of becoming HUGE in HAC and AC formats.
So.... depends on the audience she wants to reach to. Man Down is the more urban one left (out from the obvious Rainin Men -which did nothing- )
I would really LOVE to see Man Down being released. AT ANY POINT, I dont really care.... but I want that video.

 I just hope that if they go with Cheers or CKB that they don't waste Man Down and just sent it to Urban for another RM.
I want a video for everything. 
Don't freak out if Blow passes S&M on itunes. Kesha has a banner for her remix album (I guess that's what it's for...I didn't click on it) so that may or may not help Blow.
