HIAM was not #1 in 22 countries out of 23 and the 23-rd country is #2 !!
it did not have almost 2000 spins ...
it did not play 2 times in a row cuz ppl were calling like crazy to listen to it
not the biggest reviewers loved it as much as they loved BTW !!!

The difference between HIAM and BTW is Britney did NO promo. So of course everyone will buy it when it comes out, then it dies off the charts. With Born This Way we have the grammys, a possible preformance on Ellen, and then 3 months of the Monster Ball of promo to help maintain sales.
