I really dislike Lady Gaga but I love Born This Way! It may not be on par with Poker Face / Paparazzi / Telephone but it is a good song by itself. I love the meaning behind the song. I'm also glad of its success. I might actually check out Lady Gaga's album after all.

I don't like the song, I think its utter crap, but it's gonna sell very well because it's GaGa. I'm more concerned about the longevity considering Britney's HIAM had a similar performance and is now free-falling on iTunes in just about every country except America.
Don't you worry about HIAM it is going up in most of the countries as we're talking about. Thanks for your concern though

It doesn't surprise me. It's a different sound from her, and that always opens you up to a new audience. The trick is not alienating your established fanbase in the process, which I don't think she has to worry about in this case.

HIAM's popbar was never this large, though. And she didn't have the grammys in 48 hours.

Well she almost lost me, but this song won me over. Its not as serious and pretentious as the lyrics painted it.
