Just becase something is illegal does not mean that discussion about the said issue is also illegal. She lives in America where we take pride in our right to free speech, so why should she shun it? She has a voice and she should use it exactly how she pleases, as everyone with courage should.
And while specific, the topic of illegal immigration encompasses a broad range of sub-issues that touch on many different aspects of life and morality. Are you aware of which of these she'll be touching on? Or what her opinion will be?
Not to mention that the law doesn't always equal morality
I don't think any radio station has been given an official premiere, instead they will all play it at the same time (6AM EST). There's a chance that some of them will play it early though as they are being given/sent the track at 4AM.

As I said before when I first heard the title BTW in the ShowStudio interview, the gay connotation didn't even occur to me. I thought of these bad kids who just wanted to party and raise hell. I'm glad there's a song of that title on the album, and that the album covers multiple facets of what being "born this way" means.

It will be the first issue of Vogue I ever buy. It will be really embarrsing. I had to get my sister to get me the copy of Vanity Fair earlier this year and then I hid that I was reading it on the train.
The second I landed on Heathrow I ran into the store and started reading while walking back to my mom and dad. I almost fell because I didn't pay any attention to the people who were walking towards me.
I don't see why not. There's plenty of anticipation about it tonight, then more exposure throughout Friday/Saturday. I'm not sure how quickly people will buy the song after the performance Sunday, but that could help.
If not, it'll go #1 next week.
EDIT: Though, it still lingers that the content may hurt it.
