Hawaii is part of the US. haha. The US has a higher population so it does have a higher crime rate, esp. in cities like Detriot, and St. Louis. I live 45 minutes away from the US, and been there many times. It's like a dirtier version of Canada... but everyone is nicer? hahaha.
