Popjustice
I've asked her if Britney is performing at the the Grammys: "No comment."
PopJustice obviously talked to them TODAY, and Brit's publicist OBVIOUSLY knows what Adam tweeted yesterday, so why would she say "no comment" instead of a SIMPLE "NO".

Something tells me Adam's tweet was a lie and that he wants Britney to make a surprise comeback performance and then afterwards he tweets "I said Britney was never going to perform, not is never going to perform."
BUT I try to block these thoughts and come back to reality.
Just because Britney Spears is working with "Telephone" director Jonas Åkerlund and his stylist wife B. Åkerlund for the "Hold It Against Me" video does not mean that the clip will mirror Lady Gaga and Beyoncé's extravaganza. Spears' choreographer, Brian Friedman, said the video is all Britney.
"The styling for this video is beyond what Britney has done before," he teased. "B. Åkerlund did the styling for it, and I can say that it is not 'Britney does Gaga.' That is not what's happening with this. Gaga has her own niche, and although B. has worked with Gaga before, she's not giving Britney anything that Gaga would wear. I love seeing Britney try out new things. It's just an extension of what Britney already is."
With potential Gaga comparisons debunked, Friedman talked about having fun with Spears on set and helping her regain that joie de vivre that fans have come to know and love when she's out on the dance floor.
"One of the places that we always tend to improve with Britney is on her beauty shots, when it's just Britney alone dancing," he said. "And one of the little tricks that I like to do is stand right off camera and scream words at her to try and get motivation from her and coach her through the little scenario that she's in, so we did that in this video. And I know there was a picture posted of a bunch of microphones around her face, and that's one of the scenes in particular where I was screaming at her on the side — in a good way."
So, what does he scream at her? "Tiger! I scream tiger," he dished. "When we first started working and I had her back in the studio, I was referring to how she danced when we were working together in the past, when we were doing 'Slave,' 'Toxic,' like some of those things. She used to have a prowl about her and an attack that to me was like a tiger, so I kept telling her, 'I want to see the tiger back,' " he revealed. "I scream the word 'tiger,' so 'tiger' seems to work. It makes her laugh, so it works."
Are you excited to see "tiger" Britney back in action? Let us know in the comments!
Britney is getting her Tiger on y'all...get it girl!
I'm sorry...I have to agree with Adam, it has already been CONFIRMED by her team to Access Hollywood and People that she was not performing weeks ago.
He has every right to be pissed at the moment, that we choose to believe "random ass blogs/blogs who don't have a 100% track record" over her team.
Whether they are trying to keep it a surprise or not....when the people closest to her lay it down, we should just take like a hooker trying to make rent.
You have a point, but let's not forget the VMA rumours and Larry saying "she is not gewiiiiiing" and then she was there I still pissed at that!

Let me just say, it's not that I am mad with Britney or anything. I am just mad at how poor the communication that is being transmitted from management/execs to the fans is. We don't ask for much, but a treat would be nice here and there. The album is a month and a half away and there is no music video, no album title, no confirmed tracks outside of "III Wanna Go and HIAM", no interviews, no performances, etc. What is the hold up? The secrecy isn't building up positive suspense, it's making people angry. We're seeing poor leadership on the part of management and the PR team.
This mess NEVER happened to us from 1998-2005. The fans were led by Larry and company with extensive communication. Where is management? Where is the publicist to confirm or deny rumors? Britney's publicist in the early days was ALWAYS on her ish. She released public statements at the drop of a dime to dispel rumors when the would start to spread. I want to see improvement made with decisions and leadership amongst the management and publicity staff, because what we are being served right now is PITIFUL. Make no mistake about it, everyone's frustration and animosity solely lies in the poor leadership of the managers. GET IT TOGETHER!!!!
This says it all basically, I feel very frustrated, Britney is one of the most popular artists out there and anything that happens around is a rumour, nothing is ever confirmed, we need to wait til that day to confirm it, I wish we had more info

Last month, I said something along the lines of "Brit doesn't care about her fans," and y'all were ready to eat my face saying that she does care, etc. If that's the case, though, she should show it more often like other pop stars do. For what we do for her, Jive and the bunch should be feeding us stuff on silver platters, but they don't.
And where's this better-than-Circus-era promo that was once talked about? 'Cause I ain't seein' nuttin'.
I dont think Britney doesn't care about her fans, she does care and she thanks us all everything she is today

However, I do agree her team is messed up, but that's with info, rumors and news that are never confirmed/denied and their delay on releasing stuff for the fans...
IMO, Circus had a better start-up....
LMFAO the bold part would do just fine. Anyway I don't know, Maybe you're right, I think every show invites Britney Spears to pop up and she just reffuses it
GM, POM, BTI, and Radar didn't get far at all. "Amy" went Top 20 on the overall A.I., but I don't remember its number.
oh i c well at least britney and her lazy ass is doin great on radio, seems like that will be the only promo for the song once again.....at least is doin great and is already onw of her biggest hits on radio cuz it seems like she wont promote again.

A 4-track sample from Britney's new album is reportedly being sent to media outlets in preparation for the album launch in March. The rumor details a few tracks from the CD, including new track titles "Antidote," "Switch You On" and "I I I Wanna Go."
quote:
"Antidote", the second track from the sampler, brings new cards to the table when it comes to the pop tart. Taking classes from Ke$ha, Britney showcases her rap/sing abilities alternating distorted vocals - think Daft Punk - in a disco-infused song. Best track from the sampler.
"Switch You On" is the typical sexy midtempo. Britney oozes sexuality whispering throughout the verses and ending the chorus with the lyrics: "If I turn the lights off / I wonder if it would switch you o-o-on" suceeded by an unplugged electric guitar.
"I I I Wanna Go O O" is, perhaps, the weakest track on the sampler. The typical Dr. Luke bass and Martin's doll-esque vocals makes the song sound like a Sugababes' "About You Now" revival. Not quite there.

OMG OMG
seriously im gonna go back to twitter n talk to her team hopefully they will see it, im really tired of this, i cant take it no more and every single day is getting worse. Do they think that by hiding and keeping everything as a secret they making things better??? They creating hype?? NO they just keep pissing off the stans more n more :\
Her first US album kinda sound like Blackout (I think she had some similar producers). She had some really epic song (they could have become classic if Britney sang them) and Britney has a co-writing credit on one of them.
The whole project screams Britney Spears, but I'm not expecting them to appreciate the amazingness of that album.

"About A Girl" is bow-worthy. An amazing gloriously sassy up-tempo. It's neither bland nor repetitive, one of the Babes' best. Even though I overplayed it, it still gives me life. The beat is so heavy, I love it.
