sorry if what im gonna say is stupid but I didnt know me being from Portugal could buy from iTunes american store. Anyway, my parents credit card isnt the visa or anything so I cant sign up in itunes (YET, wait until i have mine...) in HIAM case, I asked people to buy it for me and I'd pay them. I heard Amazon dont count for sales, is that true?

I'm wondering about this too, what actually count for Billboard hot 100? Is it only American sales and radio play or international?

Weren't you here before 'HIAM' was released? There was a link explaining how to make an US account at iTunes.
You can't buy using credit cards though, you have to use those gift cards. I heard you can buy them at eBay, for example.
As for Amazon.com, you can buy from any place in the world and it counts for the US chart. I know it because I've done it before.
