Don't you mean 525,000 and isnt' that from the worldwide chart? Britney has never had a single shoot straight to #1 on that chart, #2 yes, but not #1. That #1 worldwide (9th for Britney) will come eventually over time.
I'm pretty sure Britney doesn't know or cares about her songs peaks, and her fans shouldn't worry about it that much either

Who the hell said it would be a Top 5 single? It will rebound. Britney's BRAND NEW SONG will still be selling like hot cakes after the songs reaping the benefits of already being hits die down. If you didn't doubt The Queen so much, you wouldn't have to keep being a Debbie.
