Do you guys have this happen to you: you fall a sleep and sometimes you can't move, when you try to scream, it doesn't come out?

I used to have lots of those dreams when I was 11. They were scary as hell.

I think I've had dreams like that.
It reminds me of how sometimes my body randomly gets hot and I can barely move. Whenever it happens I literally have to crawl just to get anywhere. I can barely speak either. It doesn't usually last very long, but it's still scary. I've never told anybody about it though. Maybe I'll go to the doctor one day.

It's called sleep paralysis.
Some sources refer to it as "the witches riding your back" or something weird like that.

That's been happening to me alot lately. At first it scared me, now I just fight through it.

I felt like someone was pulling me left and right, shaking me everywhere and I wanted to scream but I couldn't.  :sosoad: I cried for weeks, was scared for months. Even had to go to therapy. It was SUCH a HORRIFYING moment. I cannot even explain.

I didn't realize it was that popular until I saw it on Dateline and some of my classmates in the 8th grade were talking about it. That **** used to scare me to death. I thought there was something wrong with me.  But they say it's usually caused by irregular sleeping patterns.
